1. Data we collect

• Booking & contact details you provide: name, phone number, email, LINE contact, number of guests, check-in/visit dates, special requests.
• Payment evidence: bank-transfer / PromptPay slip images you upload to confirm a booking.
• Chat messages you send us through the website chat widget.
• Basic website usage data: pages viewed, device type and the site you came from, kept for site analytics. This uses your browser’s local storage — we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Why we use it (purpose & lawful basis)

• To process and confirm your room bookings, package orders and table reservations (performance of a contract).
• To verify payment and issue confirmations, vouchers and reminders — including via LINE where you have contacted us there (contract / your consent).
• To answer your enquiries and provide customer service (legitimate interest / your consent).
• To keep the website secure and improve it through aggregate analytics (legitimate interest).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, under confidentiality:

• LINE (LY Corporation) — for booking notifications and two-way chat, where you use LINE.
• Cloudflare — website delivery and security.
• Our banking / PromptPay provider — to verify your payment.
• Government authorities where required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights under PDPA

Subject to the law, you may request to: access a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its use; receive/port it; and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Payment slips are stored privately and are only accessible to authorised staff.

7. Cookies & local storage

We use a strictly-necessary session cookie for staff login, and your browser’s local storage to remember your chat session and to collect first-party analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
